MOM LOST THE WAR

EVER since our imposter Dad has been home there was been a war every night in our house.  WHO gets ownership of the REMOTE.   Mom was so used to Dad not being home at night and had her regularly scheduled shows that she would watch with us, ...in fact since Dad has been home all day and all night for THREE months now, she has no regular schedule of NOTHING.

(yep, me and Dad watching "Gold Rush, 100 episode...yep that's right we have watched almost 100 shows of it...mom says our brains are going to turn into cheese.......notice Dad does not have his brace on, he can take it off for one hour in the morning and one hour in the evening..........does he follow these rules ....................NO.)

SHE lost the remote in the War.  I fink she just gave it up.  Now she sits and reads on her Kindle and last night she caught up on some blogging.  In the background we hear noise from lots of different shows then she ever watched.

(Maggie watching GAS MONKEY wif our Dad.....she has a crush on the one guy...)

Tomorrow she takes dad BACK to the big UNI hospital and she is SOOOOO hoping they will say, all your bones are healed, so you can get your butt back to work on FRIDAY!!   Mom says a girl can dream can't she.....bol bol.................

(Baby Piper glaring at Dad cos she cannot watch her cartoons......)

  1. Lady has never really gotten to watch shows, the TV is the Man's. She has found Netflix has been helpful to let her watch things she wants.
Best of luck at the doctor's today.

  12. we can relate - our Dad's job usually takes him away Monday to Friday and having him home for a week over Christmas really upset Mom's routine :) :)

  13. Our Dad always hogs the TV here too. Fortunately ghostwriter doesn't care. That's because Dad is almost deaf, so he uses the closed captions and turns the sound off since he can't hear most of it anyway.

We're glad your Dad is feeling better!

  14. Oh dear me...remotes can be a sore subject for sure. My dad often says HBO words to ours...why you ask? Well mom says it is operator error...Dad says #%@%(%@% doesn't work. MOLMOLMOL Mom says he doesn't pay attention to the buttons he pushes. So as you see there is a verbal war here.
    Hugs and kisses

  22. It's one thing for your daddy to keep her mom from watching her shows but to not let Piper have control is another thing. Too bad your mom doesn't have a smart phone because there is an app that you can use as a TV controler.

  23. Our Mom tries to watch a lot of her shows during the day because our Dad has his human paw permanently attached to that darn remote too.

All paws crossed for Dad's visit to bring good news. 2016 is the Year of Good News for your home.
