Mom is going on a road trip!!!

First, I want everyone to stay safe with sandy a knockin at their door, we keep watching the news and hoping that all our friends and their familes are buttoned down the hatch and safe!  We are sending a big hug and prayer that you all are safe and back home soon!!

Second, my mommma is going on a trip as soon as she gets off of work today and WILL NOT be home until late WEDNESDAY night ...after HALLOWEEN is OVER!!!!  Dad is home with us today cos it is his day off, but TOMORROW we will be home from sunup to sundown by OURSELVES!!!!  Wednesday, dad will be home with us.  My grandma has to have surgury on her eyelid where some nasty "C" was found.  Now they have to go in and take it away,  AND do some resconstructive surgury.  Mom is taking grandpa and grandma up to the university so she will get better.  My MOm said she is sick about leaving us for that long, cos she has NEVER EVER EVER been gone from us even one night but it is something she has to do.  I wish you all could come over and Keep us company tomorrow!!

    Oh no! I hope your Grandma is doing ok. That nasty C word means she needs some looking after, so I hope you will forgive your Momma for going. You know what being home with Pops means though? MORE TREATS!

    We wish we could come over to keep you company too! It would be a lot of fun to help you pass out trick-or-treat bags, etc, for the evening! We hope your grandma is okay and that your mom has a safe trip!

    Wish we lived closer ... then you and Sam could come stay with us while your mama has to go away.

    Try to think of the positive ... Dads always give more treats than Moms AND when your Mom gets back she is going to feel sooooo guilty she is going to spoil you rotten - even more than usual!

    I know how hard it is when my Mommy is gone for ONE DAY so I can imagine how hard it is for LONGER. I think you will be fine. Just gimme a holler if you need a willing EAR.

    Sorry Stella, I forgotten my momma company was logged in and opps posted as that. But I does hope your grandma is okies stella, Its good that your momma is with her. My grandpa just got home after being in hospital with 'C' and i missed him bad.

    Oh Stella - prayers for Grandma. And I'm sure you did just fine without mom. I left little Petey for six days. It nearly killed me. But he and Jim and the girls were all fine while I was gone. Can't wait to hear how you weathered your time without mom.
