SOMEWHERE OVER THE RAINBOW

This morning when Momma got to work, and turned on the computer she read where our friend Sasha went to live in the heavens above yesterday.  We loved Sashy cos she was the best cook here in blogville, and we got to eat really good food, and we also loved her cos she was a rescue puppy like we are all.

We know her family is hurting, and their tears are falling, and sometimes we just cannot come up with the right words to say, how we are feeling for them.  I imagine Sashy's daddy is holding her tightly in his arms and whispering lovely words in her little ears.  They have grand plans to run, and play and spend time together.

We are so sorry Anne, we are sending you all our pug hugs today.

We know Sashy has earned her wings.

  2. It is so hard to come up with the right words. But somehow all of us here in Blogville know those right words are always right there in our hearts. No speaking necessary.

  10. When we read that Sasha had made her journey we were shocked and felt so sad for Anne. I nor my Wills could not sleep. So we went and sat out in the dark night on our back stoop. The sky had just a few stars but a few very interesting heavy gray clouds that stood out. One of those deep clouds went over the quarter moon and total darkness then still behind the cloud the cloud broke in the middle to reveal the brightest moon. Just as that happened I heard "to the moon and back" what Sasha always said about Remington.
Will twitched his ears and I new he heard it also.
The house two doors down has a new born baby home from the hospital just three weeks and it had woken its three year old sibling and as I listen in the darkness I could tell the mom had the sibling out on their tree swing and she had said she loved him to the moon and back.
I will forever think Sasha had something to do with that moment for us.
    Thanks for being a friend
