BUSY WEEKEND

FURST on Friday night it was HOmeCOMing....and our house was the hot spot.  Here are our two football players for that night.

(The two boys in the middle, last week the four boys went to the Hawkeyes game.)..........so Micah and Ty played Friday night, they lost by 2 points.  That is always hard to swallow when it is your homecoming game.

THEN because it was so cold outside mom and dad ended up staying home wif these two ..........

She likes us, butt she talks all the time and we never have a chance to talk when hers is visiting.  And this one

they stayed until the game was over......................

We were wore out............

then on Saturday this one came for the night...........we watched movies and ate popcorn
He talked all the time also.

Later on Sunday everyone had went home, and we took another nap...................Mom called Grandma and she said her bones were hurting from her infusion shot on Thursday, and she had to take her first Nausea pill............but she thought she was feeling better than she did on Saturday.  One day at a time.

Here is my pink hat for Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

P.S. Dad is no longer working on the highway to hell, the flagging season is over, so now he is working in the factory from hell....we don't understand why it cannot be the factory from heaven, mom told us it has something to do with Karma................................

  5. Happy Monday Stella Rose, I loved seeing all the kiddos-they are so cute! Love your hat; we loved seeing all the football teams wearing pink too. I know your mom has to be careful with germs and colds etc., so she doesn't catch anything. We'll be saying prayers for her.
    Have a fantastic day!

  6. Ohhhh loads of fun and family at your abode!!
Purrsonally I'd rather have stayed home especially for any footballs games here. Nearly every single high school game on Friday night was rained out.

  7. lol about the karma comment. Your visitors remind me of when my niece was little and would come visit. That girl could talk a blue streak! Love Macey's glasses! Continuing to send good thoughts to grandma! Rita's grandma turns 90 next week so we are having a big party for her this weekend. She hasn't been feeling very well, so hopefully she perks up for the party!

Love your Trudie post. Very sweet. Hugs!

  10. Your Dad's karma just gives me the giggles. There are the waves and there is the wind, seen and unseen forces. Everyone has these same elements in their lives, the seen and unseen, karma and free will. I think your Dad needs some help with those unseen forces.
Your grandchildren might talk you arm off but they are true blessings.
    Thanks for being a friend
